Amazon deals with purchases and refunds on their platform but it should not be a problem to get a refund if you are unhappy or made a mistake. Just follow these instructions:

Skill should open
Say “Alexa, Refund.”
This should then pass you to amazon to complete the refund. It may give you a refund straight away or require you to follow a link in the alexa app. We have no control over this I’m afraid.
